# NMN ban by FSSAI

#### Is Decode Age NMN currently available to buy?

No. Decode Age NMN is currently unavailable for purchase.

#### Why is Decode Age NMN unavailable?

On 24 July 2026, FSSAI issued a notice stating that NMN is currently an unapproved ingredient and directing products containing it to be delisted from e-commerce platforms.

#### Is Decode Age still manufacturing, packing, dispatching or promoting NMN?

No. Decode Age has suspended the fresh manufacture, packing, dispatch, direct sale, advertising and promotion of Decode Age NMN.

#### Has Decode Age informed marketplaces and sellers?

Yes. Marketplaces, distributors, resellers and fulfilment partners have been instructed to stop sales and delist the product.

#### What is happening to existing inventory?

Available inventory has been blocked and quarantined. A batch-wise reconciliation and retrieval process is underway for stock already distributed through third-party channels.

#### Has Decode Age applied to FSSAI for NMN approval?

Decode Age first applied for approval in July 2024. The application remains under consideration. Decode Age also submitted a formal response to the 24 July 2026 notice on 28 July 2026.

#### Does the application or pending appeal allow Decode Age to continue selling NMN?

No. Decode Age is not treating the application or pending appeal as permission to continue manufacturing or selling the product.

#### What is the purpose of the requested controlled withdrawal period?

It is solely to retrieve and reconcile stock already distributed through third-party channels. It is not a request to continue new sales.

#### I have already purchased Decode Age NMN. What should I do?

Please contact the Decode Age Care Team through <care@decodeage.com> for product-related support. Individual health or medical questions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

#### When will Decode Age NMN be available again?

We cannot provide a timeline. Decode Age will share a further update through its official website and verified social channels if there is a material development.
