Each serving provides 8 g of hydrolysed marine collagen peptides, supported by ingredients including vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, rice bran ceramide, astaxanthin, zinc, copper, biotin and *Lactobacillus acidophilus*. Currently, available in unflavoured version.

### 2. What is different about the new OptiAge™ Collagen? 

The new OptiAge has been built around both the formulation and how easily it fits into everyday life. It provides 8 g hydrolysed marine collagen per daily serving in individual sachets, with four flavour options and a 28-day pack format. The focus is on making a daily collagen routine simpler and easier to maintain rather than adding unnecessary complexity. 

### 3. What does “under 1000 Da” mean? 

“Da” stands for Daltons, a unit used to describe molecular weight. In this case, it refers to the small molecular size of the hydrolysed collagen peptides. It is a technical specification of the collagen ingredient and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of faster or superior absorption unless separately substantiated. 

### 4. How much collagen does one sachet contain? 

Each sachet provides 8 g of hydrolyzed marine collagen peptides. The product is designed as a once-daily serving, so there is no need to scoop or measure the powder yourself. 

### 5. What other ingredients are included? 

Along with marine collagen, each serving includes 65 mg vitamin C, 150 mg hyaluronic acid, 30 mg rice bran ceramide, 40 mcg biotin, 4 mg astaxanthin, 8 mg zinc, 0.5 mg copper and 1 billion CFU of Lactobacillus acidophilus. These supporting ingredients form part of the broader skin-first formula. 

### 6. Does OptiAge Collagen have a fishy aftertaste? 

Taste can still be subjective, so flavour preference may vary from person to person. 

### 7. How should I take OptiAge™ Collagen? 

Take one sachet once daily. Mix the contents with 200 ml of water, stir well and drink. Choosing a consistent time, such as part of your morning routine, can make it easier to remember each day. 

### 8. Should I take it in the morning or at night? 

There is no requirement to take OptiAge at a specific time of day. The best time is usually the one that fits naturally into your routine and helps you remember to take it consistently. Many customers may find the morning convenient because it can be linked to an existing daily habit. 

### 9. Can I take it with food? 

The approved routine is one sachet daily mixed with water, and it does not need to be positioned around a specific meal. If you have a medical condition, digestive concern or specific dietary requirement, check with your healthcare practitioner for personalized advice. 

### 10. Can I mix OptiAge with coffee, juice or a smoothie? 

The recommended method is to mix one sachet with 200 ml water. Once alternative beverage use is formally approved for the new product, those options can be added to the CS guidance.

### 11. What happens if I forget to take it for a day? 

If you miss a day, simply continue with your normal one-sachet serving the following day. There is no need to take two servings to compensate. The product is designed around consistent daily use over time rather than perfect adherence every single day. 

### 12. Can I take more than one sachet per day? 

The recommended serving is one sachet daily. We would not advise increasing the serving beyond the label recommendation unless your healthcare practitioner specifically advises you to do so. 

### 13. What benefits does OptiAge™ Collagen offer? 

OptiAge is positioned as a skin-first daily collagen nutrition formula. The formulation includes marine collagen as its foundation, vitamin C to support normal collagen formation, and supporting ingredients selected around hydration, skin-barrier and antioxidant-focused nutrition. 

We do not position the product as a treatment or guarantee visible changes such as wrinkle removal, skin tightening or pigmentation reduction. 

### 14. Does it support hair and nails? 

The formula includes nutrients such as biotin and zinc alongside marine collagen. However, we avoid promising specific outcomes such as hair regrowth, reduced hair fall or stronger nails unless those exact claims have been approved. OptiAge remains primarily positioned as a skin-first collagen formula. 

### 15. Does it help with joint pain? 

OptiAge is not intended to diagnose, treat or relieve joint pain, arthritis or other medical conditions. The current launch positioning is skin-first, and joint-pain treatment language is specifically outside the approved communication approach. 

### 16. How long does it take to see results? 

There is no fixed timeline that applies to everyone. Individual responses to nutritional supplements can vary depending on factors such as diet, routine, lifestyle, and individual biology. OptiAge is therefore designed around consistent daily use, without promising results within a specific number of days. 

### 17. Can both men and women take OptiAge Collagen? 

Yes. OptiAge is intended for adult consumers and is not restricted to women. The product can be considered by both men and women who want to include marine collagen as part of their daily nutrition routine, subject to the safety guidance on the pack. 

### 18. Is OptiAge Collagen vegetarian or vegan? 

No. OptiAge contains marine collagen derived from fish, so it is non-vegetarian and is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets. 

### 19. Can I take OptiAge if I have a fish allergy? 

No. Because the collagen is fish-derived, the product should not be used by anyone with a known fish allergy. Customers should also check the complete allergen declaration on the final pack before use.

### 23. How should I store OptiAge Collagen?
